General
-Our terms and conditions apply to all users of B&B the old milk factory,
located at Dorpsstraat 48a, 5556 VL, Borkel en Schaft. By entering into the
booking agreement, these general terms and conditions come into effect.

Reservation and confirmation
-The rental agreement can be made verbally, by telephone, in writing or by e-mail

-After receiving your reservation request, B&B will send the old dairy factory or the
booking portal will receive a confirmation by email.
-Our reservation confirmation refers to the general terms and conditions.
Payment
-The accommodation costs must be paid in advance. cash, debit card or credit card
are met. (see further cancellation)
Cancellation
• If guests are unexpectedly unable to fulfill the reservation agreement entered into
come, please report this as soon as possible, so that the room that has become available can still be given to others can be offered.
1. If you cancel an individual reservation, the following fees apply:
-Cancellation up to 7 days before the start date is free of charge.
-In case of cancellation from 7 days before the start date, 25% of the booking amount is charged owed.
-In case of cancellation from 2 days before the start date, 100% of the booking amount will be charged owed.
-The booking amount must be transferred to (IBAN) NL ABNA 0106 4036 56 stating:
room name and date of stay.
2. If you have not booked directly with us, the cancellation policy applies
relevant portal.
3. If you cancel a group booking (from 2 rooms), the following fees apply:
-Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival is free of charge.
-50% is due up to 7 days before arrival.
-After that it is 100% hidden
House rules
Arrival and departure
- Valid identification must be shown upon arrival.
- Check-in on the day of arrival is possible from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check out on the
day of departure until 10:30 am.
- No refund will be made in the event of early departure.
Breakfast
- Breakfast is served between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
- The above times may be deviated from in consultation.
Your stay
- Children from 8 years old welcome, younger children not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted inside. Smoking is allowed in the garden, provided other guests do so experience no inconvenience.
- Open fire is not permitted indoors.
-Pets are not allowed.
-Use of the B&B by third parties is not permitted.
-Noise pollution, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., must be prevented. Radios and
televisions should not be a nuisance to others.
- The use of BBQs in the garden is not permitted.
- dispose of waste in the appropriate bins.
